WASHINGTON (ABC7) — More than twenty thousand children have been impacted by the loss of a parent killed in the line of duty. Leaving families with financial strain and questions about their future. The children of Fallen Patriots Foundation are dedicated to serving the military families and today scholarship recipient Elizabeth O'hare and co-founder Cynthia Kim shared how those in need can enroll.
