AAA Total Property Solutions is a sweeping services company located in Brunswick, Georgia servicing commercial properties in and around Southeast Georgia and Northern Florida. In addition to sweeping, AAA Total Property Solutions provides professional asphalt and concrete paving and repair, portering, landscaping, pressure washing, plumbing and more general repairs.
Framing the Challenge
AAA Total Property Solutions approached us to get them noticed online. Their website was far from being visible and they didn’t show up on the first 3 pages when using their business name to search for them.
In addition to increasing online visibility, AAA Total Property Solutions wanted to increase their service footprint to expand beyond Brunswick, GA to Northeast Florida. With little SEO incorporated into their original website, Dion Marketing was tasked with increasing their Search Engine Optimization. As we assessed their current search engine rankings, we challenged ourselves to get their site ranked higher in search engine results and help their business appear in local search results for queries specific to their services.

Upon reviewing the content of their original website, Dion Marketing produced a strategy to improve their website’s design, accessibility, information and Search Engine Optimization. To enhance the website’s design and accessibility, our design team built a new website complete with updated photos, testimonials and navigation options. Our copy writing team incorporated SEO keywords throughout their website and updated and enhanced the website’s copy to better reflect the detail of the services they provide.
Another thing that Dion Marketing did to improve SEO is add a blog to the website. Relevant keywords are added throughout the blog and a strategic SEO title and description is added to each blog entry.
To further promote their online presence, Dion Marketing began placing Google Ads and managing a Google My Business account for AAA Total Property Solutions. Setting up a Google My Business account allowed us to create, verify and edit their business listing on Google, making it easier for people searching locally to find and view important information about their business.
